Thanks to our awesome customer's feedback, TeleFlex has isolated and fixed a couple key issues reported.  See below for more detail.

"Submit a request" button wasn't working

The "Submit a request" button at the top of the web site would not take you to the new request form.  We have fixed the way the button is linked and it is now fully functional.

Font not legible in comments

The web font used to render the text for ticket comments was set to a low weight, causing the font to be un-legible.  We fixed the font weight and size for an easier to read experience.
