Aastra 9133i and 9112i

  1. Press the Options hardkey
  2. Scroll down to Phone Status and press Enter softkey
  3. Scroll down to Network Port 1 and press Enter softkey
  4. The IP address of your phone will be displayed if it has been set properly

Aastra 480i

  1. Press the Options hardkey
  2. Scroll to Phone Status and press the Show softkey
  3. Scroll to Network Status and press the Show softkey
  4. Press the IP Addr softkey.
  5. The IP address of your phone will be displayed if it has been set properly

Polycom SoundPoint IP 501, 601, 550, 650

  1. Press the Menu hard key
  2. Scroll to Status and press the Select softkey
  3. Scroll to Network and press the Select softkey
  4. Scroll to TCP/IP Parameters and press the Select softkey
  5. The IP address of your phone will be displayed if it has been set properly

Polycom SoundPoint IP 320/330

  1. Press the Menu hard key
  2. Select Status on the LCD display and press the checkmark hard key (in the middle of the four arrow keys)
  3. Select Network on the LCD display and press the checkmark hard key
  4. Select TCP/IP on the LCD display and press the checkmark hard key

Polycom SoundStation IP 4000

  1. Press the Menu hard key
  2. Scroll to Status and press the Select hardkey
  3. Scroll to Platform and press the Select hardkey
  4. Scroll to Phone and press the Select hardkey
  5. Scroll down to show the IP address
  6. The IP address of your phone will be displayed if it has been set properly

Cisco 7960

  1. Press the “Settings” hard key
  2. Scroll to to highlight 3. Network Configuration and press the Select softkey
  3. Scroll to to display the IP address
  4. The IP address of your phone will be displayed if it has been set properly
