Event Description: Intermittent Voice Drops

Scope of Impact
We have been investigating an issue throughout this late morning and early afternoon which has impacted voice services for isolated customers. We will be performing a network change in order to remove high latency carriers from our BGP routing, which is likely caused by an increased load that carrier networks are under right now. We will be triggering this change at 3:00 p.m. CST, which may cause an brief interruption in service for some customers.
UPDATE 4/1/2020: BGP changes were implemented as communicated with no interruption of services due to BGP flap. TeleFlex observed marked improvement in data performance and customer experience over the 7 days following this service adjustment in response to network utilization with upstream nodes an carriers.
