Reason: Some customers are experiencing issues with MWI not being lit, even though there are new messages in the inbox.
Action: TeleFlex will be applying a patch to the voice systems in order to correct the issue with MWI not notifying user phones of new voicemail messages in the inbox.
Impact: During this update, users on affected voice systems will be unable to place or receive phone calls. This will require a simple restart of the voice services on select servers and should last no more than 5 minutes.
User Action Required: None necessary.
